Working with your manager and team, you can develop a promotion plan and work to develop your skills and abilities. Fun office perks like catered lunches, foosball, ping-pong, and a fully stocked kitchen. Super collaborative coworkers

Cons

Can be high stress, may be asked to work on the weekends depending on urgency. Software requirements can change quickly based on legislation or industry standards
