      Culture, Environment, Growth. This company truly cares about its employees, how they feel and what they think, and their ideas.

      Cons

      With a company that has this much growth, it can get a little messy and hectic at times. That is expected with a company and growing pains.

      Culture is great in certain areas.

      Cons

      They are moving more towards being an ivy league FAANG company .. which has killed the culture.
