      Great Culture, Competitive Pay

      Pros

      I work on a large team, and closely with other parts of the business. The people I encounter are caring and willing to hear you out. My opinion has always been valued. There are ample opportunities for growth and stretch assignments. Pay is competitive, and added compensation/benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      New initiatives move quickly, and messaging can sometimes get lost as many comms move through Slack. No 401k match through employment. Benefits have declined slightly as the company has moved from startup to bank, but they are still great.
