We see feedback as a gift that will only help us improve the employee experience, so thank you for taking the time to share such a candid review of your time at SoFi. Your feedback around leadership, transparency, and our values are very disappointing to hear as we continue to make investments to improve these areas. For example, our Value of the Month programming helps connect our daily work to each value and helps us bring them to life at work (and at home!). Plus, our weekly All-Hands meetings are a chance for our employees to ask tough questions of our leaders in an open forum. We're on a mission to building a best-place-to-work caliber company, and that starts with our leadership. Our Engineering, Product and Design organization is building the future of the fintech industry, pushing boundaries to architect and design next-level products for our members. We're proud of the work the team is doing, and we continue to focus on rolling out learning and development programs so our managers have the training and resources to empower their teams to do their best work.
