      - Lots of runway with projects and initiatives - Great opportunity to grow within role - Managers and directors offer great insight and mentorship - Office culture and space - Fast paced, multi-task oriented environment

      Cons

      Not too many cons, SoFi operates east and west coast hours so just need to be flexible based on team dynamics.

      Pros

      I've worked at SoFi since July of this year and have never been happier at a company in my entire career! Support from not only management but my colleagues is provided enthusiastically. I love my job and the people I work with! The atmosphere in the building and online is friendly and welcoming, plus the building itself is beautiful! There is so much room for and encouragement for growth in the company! I am genuinely looking forward to my next steps at SoFi! Always growing and thriving!

      I honestly cannot think of one negative part of working here.

      Pros

      Joining SoFi has been one of the best career decisions I made. The onboarding experience was very smooth. Everyone at the company is super friendly and responsive. The culture is one of the best things. Management and upper leadership has a good flow of transparency into company health and initiatives. Lots of room to grow as an individual and professional.

      Cons

      As with any mid-sized public company, there is a decently steep learning curve and a lot of tools and processes to get used to.
