      The onboarding process was very easy. The recruiter also kept great communication with me. The company is great with wonderful values.

      Cons

      I wish there was more compensation starting out. However, there is room for growth and we have great benefits.

      Incredible Company, Moves Fast

      Pros

      Hiring Process took about 2 weeks from initial email form the recruiter (shoutout Chance!) to receiving the offer from the company. Very competitive total compensation Despite being almost a 15-year old company, SoFi moves incredibly quick to release products to market, and it makes the environment really exciting for a developer.

      Cons

      No signing bonus (but makes up in the total compensation) and small 401k match.
