Leadership Access: Even as a program manager, I had regular interaction with senior leaders. Growth Opportunities: Internal mobility is taken seriously—I’m proof that you can evolve your role to match your interests and strengths. Execution-Focused: SoFi encourages bias toward action and operational excellence in a way that rewards clarity, ownership, and follow-through.
