      -Great work environment -Very supportive management -They want you to grow, give you many opportunities to participate in projects. -Hybrid

      Cons

      -Since this company has grown so much, things change so often. So you are a bit out of your comfort zone at all times! This can be a good and bad thing! -Training was a bit overwhelming and fast for this role specifically

      Stress is high, It is very hard to advance as people are promoted more based on personal friendships.
