I have never worked for a company where, from the top down, everyone is in sync with staying true to what we are all about as a company, helping people get their money right. It's refreshing to be part of teaching responsibility and being fully transparent.

Cons

Going on 3 years and nothing to report negative. We keep getting better and better every single day. Are we perfect? No. But knowing we are all on board with the mission of SoFi as a company is so positive.

SoFi places it's employees front and center at all that it does. This can be seen in many ways to name a few... -Competitive compensation and benefits (a quarterly bonus!) -The continuous care around COVID-19 -Continuous growth and development opportunities -Having a team who is solely dedicated to the employee's experience at work -Recent creation of new manager training -Their Grow program!! -Great effort around DE&I - huge focus here!

Cons

It's a young company which means that not everything is figured out yet. But I find this exciting to be a part of a company that still has a growth mindset where you can give feedback! If you prefer fixed processes, this might be a challenging place to work.
