Sofi has amazing benefits and amazing flexibility

Cons

They just want you to focus on your work and not really solve problems that have been here for years, and they hire from the outside, so there aren't career paths. Management is very hypocritical on diversity of thought.

The benefits are really some of the best that you could ever hope for. Being able to be remote was also really nice. If you are a minority you have a voice.

Cons

They have same toxic culture that has been here for years. It is very clique and there is a lot of nepotism at the company, and so it's not a place that you can have a career path. Anthony Noto talks about having the best culture, but it is one of the worst places where the leadership team gets away with outrageous behavior. The only reason the Glassdoor score is not lower is that HR is asking all the new hires to leave good reviews right when you get a shirt and crappy swag when you join. There was real potential when I joined a long time ago, but not with the current leadership team.
