Pros

The employer was very employee oriented. They make sure that the employees are taken care of. They covered all health insurance costs and always had snacks for the employees.

Cons

Schedule can change at the drop of a hat depending on what is needed

Pros

If you say 'Yes' to everything you can make it work for a few years. A pro, for now, is the lunch plan and medical, but there are signs that these on the way out.

Cons

Change to a more dollar-driven focus and less about doing common good. A lot of marketing dollars spent, but no attention to product detail or employee development.

Thank you for sharing your candid thoughts with us. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our benefits during your time with us; we currently have no plans to make any changes to them. I want to assure you that employee development is incredibly important to us at SoFi, and I'm sorry to hear that wasn't necessarily your experience. You might have left us before we made some significant improvements in this area, including launching a mentorship program specifically for our most underrepresented team members, and developing a comprehensive manager onboarding training program to set our people leaders up for success. That being said, we appreciate your feedback and know it will help us improve. If you have any additional details to share, please send them to glassdoor@sofi.org.
