      Pros

      This company has a great culture and knows how to take care of its employees. Not only do they provide great benefits, but they also provide personal assistance when emergencies arise and they care about the mental and physical health of all employees. SoFi is great at demonstrating inclusion within the workplace and are working to make changes to increase diversity. I've been at SoFi for 5 years and have enjoyed working here since day one. There is a family kind of vibe within SoFi and I am grateful to be apart of it.

      Cons

      From my personal experience, the cons really are not that much different than what you will find anywhere else. There are sometimes layoffs and changes that may be uncomfortable. But I can't recall anything the company has done in recent years that has been unfair or wrong.

      Terrible Schedule

      Pros

      Pay and Benefits are are among the industry best.

      Cons

      I left because they took away the Monday Through Friday Schedule. Hours were unusual.bmanagement always needed lots of overtime and they made you feel obligated to work it. There was not enough desk to hire more people. QA was not looking to help employees learn, but how they could help you fail.

We're glad you found SoFi's compensation and benefits to be competitive, and are sorry to hear that recent scheduling shifts ended up not working for you. As we have transitioned a vast majority of our workforce to a remote environment, and in order to handle increased requests for member support, we have had to make scheduling changes to remain agile and respond to volume accordingly. We've done everything we can to work with our valued team members, but understand that these changes won't work for everyone. Finally, QA is a critical function at SoFi in ensuring members are met with quality conversations and the right support.       Not cons - but its fast paced and hard work, long hours, But, that's what it takes to build a financial services company that is second to none.
