Pros

Amazing Benefits, Collaboration Driven, Office Culture, Lunch Cards, Opportunities for Professional Development

Cons

Because its still a startup (in a sense), it is very fast paced - information changes rapidly and not always pushed down.

We appreciate the feedback! We're glad to have you as part of the SoFi family and to hear that your time with us has been positive so far. We're thrilled to hear you've been able to grow professionally with us in your first year at SoFi, and we'll soon provide even more opportunities to do so. The SoFi People Team is soon launching an internal mobility program designed to develop Ops employees into professional roles in other parts of the company. We're also developing a six-month robust rotational program within Ops to launch in Q4. We're also launching a company-wide mentorship program focused on underrepresented minorities and early career seekers. Finally, we are in the process of developing and rolling out internal communications best practices across the business to help improve company-wide communication, with an emphasis on information sharing to front-line employees. Professional development and communication remain key priorities for us. We hope you'll soon start to see the positive results from our efforts in these areas!
