I started my career in 2023 and have loved every minute of it. There is plenty of opportunity for growth within the teams. The sky's the limit on learning. What you achieve here, will be a result of the effort you put in to it.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment with continuous change. Your ability to be flexible and adaptable will be key.

Overall great experience working here, decent pay, good wlb, people are nice here

Cons

Benefits still have space to improve, good news is company will provide 401K match starting from next year.

From the outset, SoFi came across as an organization guided by purpose and strong values. This was evident throughout the recruiting experience, which moved swiftly and was consistently professional, respectful, and accommodating, with genuine care shown at every step. My recruiter, Irene, reflected those values through her warmth and responsiveness, making the entire process seamless and genuinely delightful. It was an experience that truly stood out.
