We are however, sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience around management and growth opportunities. We hear you! This year we launched our formal internal mobility program which is designed to support our employees in growing their careers at SoFi. Additionally, you may have left before we rolled out our revamped manager training for new managers and newly promoted managers, which is designed to give them the tools to manage with empathy and best support their teams.
