Benefits were decent, but kept shrinking every year Team was great

Wish they would've paid more. Remote work created an opportunity to get paid a salary outside of my geographic market. They weren't willing to realize that.

If you're referring to our lunch card benefit, we adjusted affected employees' salaries to make up for the discontinuation of that benefit.
