      Team was great, also they provided fruit snacks in break room 👍

      Cons

      Kind of stressful. You learn a lot but everyone has a different process of how they do things based on where their center is located so training is confusing

We're happy to hear you enjoyed the team - we are obviously biased, but believe we work with some of the most dynamic and kind people in the industry! That said, we're sorry to hear the environment was stressful. SoFi, and the fintech industry, are evolving so quickly, which translates to a fast-paced work environment, which we know isn't for everyone. Additionally, we have a comprehensive new hire training program for our Operations employees where we strive to give everyone the training and tools they need to meet and exceed expectations.       Pros

      They agency had a pull of funds to increase employee wellness through workplace events which was nice.

      Cons

      The production based environment did not encourage work and life balance. It was considered shameful to take needed breaks unless you were above and beyond your work duties. Team togetherness was strong; however, it was very much a bond built through shared stress of the workplace. I wouldn't recommended working here unless you thrive off of fast pace work environments and wish to have work be a priority within your life.

That said, we truly believe that our people are our biggest differentiator, and if we take care of them they will take care of our members. Our Workforce Management team regularly looks at data to anticipate when members will contact us, and we staff our team (and breaks) according to the demand. We hope you felt comfortable to voice these concerns to your manager or PBP so we can work to improve the experience for all. But you are right, this is a place where our employees need to enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing work environment in order to thrive, and we understand that's not the right fit for everyone. We really appreciate the feedback, and wish you the best in your next career endeavor.
