Pretty Good Company

Pros

They were aggressively growing and provided sweet benefits like student loan payments and catered lunch. They treated the employees they laid off pretty well, it could have been better.

Cons

They laid off hundreds of employees by restructuring their mortgage division due to advice from McKinsey and not from the actual mortgage loan officers that had some descent suggestions for improved profitability.
