      Cool place, great people, weird management, likes to bring politics from other states to where they open offices

      Lunches were great and paid Good Pay, especially for Helena Great engineers Nice office, great equipment Great people to learn from

      Cons

      California style politics are pushed, hard. If you spoke up, or even if you didn't, about a political discussion and it didn't go with their views let's just say idle conversation during a break or lunch about hunting or shooting did not go over well with those from out of state. Macs everywhere, what a waste of money.

      Excellent benefits, casual dress, fabulous co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Money is wasted on useless consultants. Demanding unrealistic results with poor software products. Too many high paid chiefs making decisions when they have no knowledge.
