      Great Benefits, great co workers

      Cons

      No Communication. Company does not utilize the experienced staff. Brought in 2 upper level "reorganization people" to try and revamp, but ended up laying off the mortgage department off for round 2 within 12 months. Warning, RUN don't walk

      Pros

      Incredible learning experience to work with driven, intelligent and talented colleagues - very supportive and helpful. Freedom to work remotely. Helping people save money on their student debt.

      Cons

      Poor communication of business strategy and direction, confused decision-making at C-level. Company almost feels like it grew too fast.

      Flexible and fun people. Beautiful work space and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard to manage during busy times. Lied to mortgage department and told them everything was fine and then shut down the department a few weeks later.
