      Pros

      This is the best job I've ever worked at. Never has a company taken care of me and my family better than SoFi. When I need time for personal or medical reasons SoFi is there for me, every time. The benefits we receive are amazing.

      Cons

      Corporate America is slowly taking over our precious company and sucking the human side of things right out of us. Not sure where to draw the line but the more policies that go in place, the more we are micro managed the less we are human and more robot we become.

      Pros

      From the hiring process to working fill time for over a month now, SoFi has been amazing. Everyone has been very friendly and has helped me learn in my new position. SoFi is a transparent company that works really hard to create amazing products for their members. Everyone here truly cares about making a good and happy environment for employees. There's lots of food and activities all the time. It's just a fun place to work!

      Cons

      It's a new company so everyone is still working out some kinks. Systems and processes haven't been solidified yet.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok decent, made better because they are free. The lunch card is a great thing and very appreciated.

      Cons

      Shift bids dont take life into consideration, you can do well at your job and still randomly end up with a schedule that doesn't work for your life because you have kids or are in school. You'll be told too bad about it too . lack of support from management cor advancement. Severe lack of communication, and constant changes. They are big on promoting a culture that doesn't exist in the lower jobs. Senior management promotes the company values and culture, most employees can't name one, or they are so vague and generic that it's hard to picture what the culture is.
