Pros

-It’s a great commute if you live in the marina and the campus is beautiful. -Free lunch in a decent cafeteria. -The customers love SoFi due to the support features and all the free stuff

Cons

-Tons of turnover - investigate before accepting a role. If you’re considering a role here reach out to those who have left positions to understand what you’re getting yourself into - it’s not a happy place. A few PMM’s, several on the creative team and the SVP of marketing left in less than six months. The membership team has also had a steady stream of exits. Expect a lot toxic behavior from the director level and up. Most often shift blame to directs and exhibit passive aggressive behavior. -The new CEO is better but it was a pretty low bar. There’s still a lot of bad leftovers from the Mike Cagney era and those people are still in power and have managed to still remain trusted by the new CEO. Don’t expect to feel inspired when you meet with him, he usually be on his phone barely paying attention in meetings.
