Benefits, Compensation, Food Card. I enjoyed working with some of the agents (RMCs).

Cons

Don't. It sounds great-- Benefits, Compensation, Food Card... but you will hate your life if you work there! Upper management does NOT care about their people, and seek out reasons to fire people for nothing. They are the WORST. Training is a joke, no one knows anything and RMCs are left to hold the accountability. Quality team is against the RMCs and make ridiculous judgments! The decisions made for bonus, OT, Contests and Rewards are not made with "do the right thing" in mind. TOXIC CULTURE. Managers are told "unlimited PTO" but really- there is none. If you don't accrue it: they don't have to give you ANY. It is frowned upon if asked for it and working a ton of extra hours is expected. You will work all the Holidays, your days off- and no additional time is given in lieu.

Pros

Great benefits! Fully paid medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, lunch card (who doesn't love free lunch?), student loan repayment, on site gym, stocked break rooms and swag! Anthony Noto, the new CEO, seems to be the perfect fit and I'm excited for the future of the company and happy to be a part of it.

Cons

They don't do any company match for the 401k. Some growing pains being a newer company but they seem eager to make the necessary changes to make it a smooth running machine.

Anthony Noto is an incredible leader and seems to be cutting out the BS and poor leadership that plagued this company for many months between CEOs. Working for a strong leader with a vision is very rewarding. Incredible benefits. Best coworkers you could ask for (seriously). Continually engaging team building exercises to remind you why its worth all the hard work. The future for the company looks bright.

Cons

Career growth is near stagnant. Pay growth is near stagnant.
