      I truly enjoy the fast-paced environment. I learn something new every day and it helps me to grow in my career. It is truly a place where I feel like I can be myself.

      Cons

      If you are not used to adapting to continuous change and working hard. This may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      I am excited about our new CEO. I think he will bring the necessary changes and improvements to this company. The benefits are fantastic!

      Cons

      Still feels like there is a lack of transparency and communication. There needs to be a way to have job advancement opportunities for each department within the current locations.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Great perks. The fully paid health care benefits and student loan pay off assistance is second to none. Being able to Alpha all the new products and services is great too!

      Cons

      Growing pains. Hoping the new leadership drives us to where we need to be to compete within our space.
