We're so glad you are enjoying some of the benefits we offer our employees. We love our people (they are our greatest differentiator!) and want to make sure they feel taken care of. We do offer open enrollment once a year to give employees the chance to make changes to their plans. If you have any questions about your benefits, you can look in the Benefits Mall in Workday - your one-stop-shop for all things benefits. Pros

SoFi treats their employees very well, they celebrate birthdays, holidays, and employee appreciation. The pay is good. They have weekly team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page with changes or updates.

Cons

When there were issues, there were no direct answers on how to solve them because the product was new. They focus too much on customer surveys and not work ethic.
