      Pros

      SoFi values results, and anyone that loves what they do and strives for success will love it here. Anyone that wants to go through the motions and not grow might not like it so much.

      Cons

      The only real downside of SoFi is that we move at lightning speed. There is never a calm before the storm, the storm never ceases.

      Amazing benefits. Lots of learning opportunities. Very nice coworkers across functions.

      Cons

      A new company, so sometimes lacking established processes or systems. But at the same time, that provides so many opportunities and possibilities to build things from scratch, which is amazing!

      Pros

      SoFi is heading in the right direction for both our employees and our members. Its a joy to come into work each day and work alongside my coworkers. Benefits are nice to! (they pay for your lunch):)

      Its hard to say what are the cons as we create our own environment.
