There is room for advancement and they care about their employees. SoFi is a growing company that you can move up in.

Cons

SoFi's structure is unorganized, HR doesn't speak with management about COVID rules, lots of different responsibilities with little training on all products

We're glad you were able to experience that first hand. We're sorry to hear you felt our structure is unorganized and there is a lack of communication and training. With the ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential that our return to work program is agile and flexible as our #1 priority is the health and safety of our employees. That said, we know cross-team communication is an area of opportunity for SoFi as a whole, and we are working on how we can improve so all employees feel informed. If you want to make big impact then this is the place. We are in building mode and if you're not willing to do the hard work it's not the place for you.

Cons

We are still a small company so we are figuring it out. Overall it's easy to fix things and make improvements.
