      I've never worked for a company where everyone is treated equally and management cares about each individual. The culture at Sofi is unmatched. It makes me excited to come to work each day.

      Pros

      Working at SoFi has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely mission-driven. As a recruiter, I appreciate having the autonomy to build strong partnerships with hiring managers while still having the tools, data, and support to be successful. Benefits, flexibility, and work-life balance are strong.
