      Pros

      It's easy to obtain new skills and talk about where you'd like to be/do at Sofi. Managers give 1:1 and so do recruiters to help obtain your goals. Sofi is paying up to $200 a month towards my student loans. Benefits are nice, insurance coverage, etc. The office is so well maintained, I actually look forward to going once a week. No micromanaging compared to my previous work place, just do your job and you'll be okay.

      Cons

      Would like to be paid more starting off. OT is often available though so that makes up for it, plus bi-annual bonuses.

      - Lots of runway with projects and initiatives - Great opportunity to grow within role - Managers and directors offer great insight and mentorship - Office culture and space - Fast paced, multi-task oriented environment

      Cons

      Not too many cons, SoFi operates east and west coast hours so just need to be flexible based on team dynamics.

      Pros

      I've worked at SoFi since July of this year and have never been happier at a company in my entire career! Support from not only management but my colleagues is provided enthusiastically. I love my job and the people I work with! The atmosphere in the building and online is friendly and welcoming, plus the building itself is beautiful! There is so much room for and encouragement for growth in the company! I am genuinely looking forward to my next steps at SoFi! Always growing and thriving!

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of one negative part of working here.
