      Pros

      Cool building, nice location, great coworkers and innovative company.

      Cons

      I don't know where to start. If you work here, you can kiss any life away from work goodbye. We are constantly harassed to work OT. Literally every day. Even on days off I get texts and calls throughout the day asking to come in and work more. And if you can't work OT you get a guilt trip. There are literally NO holidays. I haven't had a holiday off since I started. The burn out factor is higher then any place I've ever been. On top of it the goals are nearly impossible to reach. No one is hitting all the goals. Most people work to have some kind of life. This place expects the job to be your life.

      Pros

      High energy, growing very quickly with really talented people and strong senior management. An incredible opportunity to gain experience and new skills. Excellent health care benefits, and a free lunch--literally. Very cool and decent group of people.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast they're bursting at the seams and it's hard to find a place to sit. And, they need more conference rooms.
