      Pros

      I truly enjoy the fast-paced environment. I learn something new every day and it helps me to grow in my career. It is truly a place where I feel like I can be myself.

      Cons

      If you are not used to adapting to continuous change and working hard. This may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      There's lots of room for growth and advancement. There aren't any handouts, (nor should there be), but if you seek to move up in your career, they provide many options. There truly are managers and leaders here who care about employees and are here to help you be successful. If you are above average and / or a very strong employee, the bonus are great! And they pay out every quarter!

      Cons

      We are in a state of high growth....there is no lack of work to do. We are busy (sometimes it feels like A LOT).

      Flexible work schedule, motivated coworkers, lots of opportunities for exposure and career growth

      Cons

      Currently transition time for executive team, hope to have a clear path defined for the company's future soon
