      Growth, Learning, Focus our new CEO Anthony is amazing. I feel more confident in our ability to be successful with all of the positive change.

      Cons

      We are moving beyond many of the cons I would have indicated previously. Let’s continue our work to be a more cohesive team and step up our collaboration cross functionally.

      Pros

      I've been here a little over a year and look forward to being here for the next 10. I actually love what I do, who I work with and the office itself. SoFi is an amazing opportunity to be a part of several industries and to solve problems in innovative ways.

      Cons

      Honestly, none. I work really hard and am in the office long hours, but I love it.

      Pros

      SoFi values results, and anyone that loves what they do and strives for success will love it here. Anyone that wants to go through the motions and not grow might not like it so much.

      Cons

      The only real downside of SoFi is that we move at lightning speed. There is never a calm before the storm, the storm never ceases.
