      Great people and free lunches and dinner,snacks

      Cons

      Management, not sufficient, customer service not good, customers never get a call back from Sofi when borrowers reach out for updates.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Has excellent benefits. State of the art technology. You actually get to help people save money on their student loans, which is a great feeling. Great job for someone

      Cons

      NO work/life balance. Being a start up company, they are constantly changing procedures daily. Combined job titles w/ no extra compensation. Took away incentive to work on weekends, you use to get an automatic $100 a day for working weekends. Very stressful having to meet the numbers game, which changes constantly also.

      Pros

      I have worked for many companies in Fintech - since long before the space was called Fintech. This is one of the best. It reminds me of Schwab in the 1980s and Intuit in the early 1990s - both of which I worked for. It is energetic and exciting - truly innovative. We are actually providing services people need with a business model that offers sustainability and growth.

      Cons

      Innovation is hard. The actual process is sometimes not smooth or pretty. If you are looking for a place you can skate and vest - look someplace else. Also, with all the food around, weight gain is an issue.
