      Pros

      Lot's of career growth for individuals who don't have much experience in the FinTech space. Catered lunches, great benefits, and employees/managers who actually care about your well being. Strong quarterly bonuses for being a top performer.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular is a con but more holiday's off would be nice.

      Refreshing environment, great culture, and talented people. It's a great opportunity to work with smart people that are allowed to think outside the box and innovate. Highly motivating environment.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and keeping up with the growth can be challenging. However, its very exciting being at the forefront and getting the opportunity to help establish the organization that goes along with the growth.

      Team building events and employee engagement, free lunches, up-to-date latest technology to make work easier and faster, brightest minds recruited and employed here, great culture, company pride, we move fast and we get things done! How can you NOT want to be here??

      Cons

      Although the Presidio is gorgeous, we're just growing incredibly fast. We need a bigger office in San Francisco to make room for all the employees.
