Pros

The team there is incredibly collaborative and values team members' opinions. Inspiring executive team. Love how rewarding it is to see the impact SoFi's work is in the world. Unbelievable perks, a delicious cafeteria with healthy food, student loan contribution, subsidized gym membership, etc.

Cons

A little tough that the SF office hasn't increased the headcount in over a year. Would love to find more space and grow the office.

Pros

SoFi has great benefits and competitive pay. They cater all meals and have opportunity for advancement. The CEO, Mike Cagney, is fantastic and very personable.

Cons

The work environment is not very good. They set unrealistic individual goals with little support to meet them. They are all about numbers and meeting them, but do not work with those who are not meeting goals to help them improve. It feels like they keep all of their agents on the edge of being fired every day and it makes the agents feel expendable. This leads to very low morale and affects productivity. There is no direct communication from upper management when processes change. They rarely work with you personal life or take anything into consideration when giving your shift. The attitude seems to be "If you don't like it, quit".
