Pros

Awesome SF headquarter located in the presidio area with great views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Palace of Fine Arts. Great benefits include free lunch, snacks, full health /dental care. There are opportunities for growth as the company is always changing, you get to learn about different products and implementations.

Cons

Poor communication between upper management to their employees. When information or process changes, there is no direct meeting face to face with the team or clarity nor explanation of why things have changed. Upper management would expect the team to read emails and the standard operations procedures manual which consist of too many changes to keep up. There is some trust between some managers but for the most part, trust is lacking and much is needed in building relationships between managers and their employees to keep morale and loyalty of their employees. No 401k matching, bonuses are not great as other start-up companies.

Pros

This is one of the fastest paced, funnest and most interesting companies I've ever been a part of. The benefits are first class, and if you do well in high velocity work, you'll love it. I definitely do! The atmosphere is so open and casual that it's hard not to make friends and have a good time.

Cons

Onboarding could be handled a bit better and be a bit more thorough. Although from an engineering standpoint there is so much complexity to their systems that I don't know if it would make much difference to a new comer in their first week.

Pros

Fun culture, sink or swim, lots of independence and opportunity to be successful if you are self motivated

Cons

Very little ongoing feedback or support. You will not know if you are doing poorly or well until the ax swings every quarter. Bonuses can be a moving target and change frequently before yield.
