      Pros

      The pay is decent and most of the staff gets along. Essentially my coworkers at my own level, are great. Company events are fun, and they pay on your student loan.

      Cons

      The job burns employees out by setting goals that are far beyond reach and borderline harassing staff about situations that are beyond our control. They expect us to answer more phone calls than we can emotionally tolerate for hours on end, and don't give us enough time to document our notes. They have also recently cut our pay, but there is a complete freeze on all employee pay increase. When an employee maintains the same position, there is literally no such thing as a raise, regardless of production.

      Pros

      They really take care of their employees. Great pay and great benefits. Not to mention the catered lunches every day & many snacks in the kitchen. They are really flexible if you need to adjust your schedule, especially if you have kids or are going to school. PTO is easy to ask for as they do NOT make you feel like it's a burden to do so. The work atmosphere is great as well. They are all about work hard, play hard! Always keeping it interesting with team building events and such. They push customer service and quality ,which makes it easy dealing with customers.

      Cons

      Start up company, They are trying to find the correct path for how to operate things, so things change a lot. I personally adapt well, but it's hard for a lot of people. There tends to micro managing a lot. There's a lot of mixed signals regarding the expectations of our work, CONSTANTLY.

      Pros

      Great company that continues to grow. Offers great benefits and pay for employees with a very relaxed culture. Cares about the employees by offering competitive over time and free lunches.

      Cons

      May be too relaxed. Employees are paid very well for the job they do but there is constant complaining. I believe if they were a bit more strict then the day to day operations would run much smoother.
