That being said, we're disheartened to hear that your experience with leadership was not positive. We have started to roll out training for leaders at SoFi that gives them the tools to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, plus helps them build their personal leadership brand.       Pros

      Old team was really good. New team is very disorganized and doesn't seem to care about the code they put out as much as my old team did. Its pretty discouraging

      Cons

      Seems like there is a fair amount of politics. Maybe its just within this new team however my old team didn't have as much of that. I understand that with each company there will probably be some sort of politics involved however this is peoples lively hood. I think that type of thing should be left out. It makes people not want to show up and give their all.

      Avoid at all costs

      Lunches are paid for up to $10/day

      Cons

      All operational departments are severely underfunded, lacking even basic supporting systems to meet compliance requirements. Unlimited PTO is almost unusable due to unreasonable work loads and minimal supporting systems.

For regular exempt employees, unlimited PTO is one of our most used and strongest benefits.
