      Micromanagement, lack of career path, no annual or merit raise.

Perhaps you left prior to the start of this year, when we implemented an annual merit raise and promotion process, as well as an enhanced performance check-in protocol. It's so important to us that all SoFi employees feel empowered and know where they are in their career, where they're going and how to get there.

      Pros

      Paid Lunch, made good friends there, but they let the majority of the mortgage dept. go.

      Cons

      Leadership, management, everything is a mess to be honest. They bank on their name as a leader in fintech but really they don't know what they are doing, especially in the mortgage side.
