Pros

SoFi has been really good for me personally. I've been given multiple opportunities to grow professionally, step into larger roles, and was rewarded with promotions. The EPD team is high quality: filled with a mix of deep tech professionals from FAANG and startup veterans. There's a ton of opportunity here for smart, ambitious people, and the company itself is just blasting off. It's going to be a fun ride.

Cons

Regulated financial companies have more compliance and regulatory requirements than other industries, that can be a drag at times. No 401k match.
