      A wonderful place to work with a ton of growth opportunities

      Pros

      Overall team culture is good, I enjoy coming in everyday and working in a collaborative environment. Our specific department is growing very rapidly giving a very positive outlook in an otherwise down job market. I feel there is a culture around feedback which is actioned upon quickly to not let problems fester and grow into issues. SoFi and our department inside Protect specifically is somewhere I would love to be long term and continue to grow alongside.

      Cons

      Pay could be slightly better as it is slightly under market but a strong benefits package offsets this.

      Growing company with new projects ahead

      exciting time to see the company grow and build new initiatives. also like that we have a robust internal mobility program that allow for growth within the company

      Cons

      no 401k match, growing pains - there are areas that need process but not as much action to make it happen.
