First and foremost, thank you for the 4+ years you dedicated to working at SoFi. The speed at which the fintech industry is changing means that we have to be flexible and adaptable to set SoFi up for long-term success, and to ensure we achieve our mission of helping people achieve financial independence. That said, your feedback around your experience on the Operations team is concerning. We never want our employees to feel our managers make the job harder; but we do have performance metrics in place for our team, so they know how to succeed in the role. Lastly, we hear your feedback on the employee survey and we are taking action to address opportunities directly. You may have left before our HR team hosted a series of 10 focus groups with Ops employees to address concerns in the most recent employee survey and create an action plan to improve.
