Pros

SoFi is excellent as a well-rounded, diverse and professional employer. The benefits offered are excellent, especially with the recent addition to be part of the stock purchase program. There are great opportunities to grow within the company. Things are fast paced and always keeping employees on their toes. SoFi's employees are never bored!

Cons

There are little to no cons for me. Sometimes the changes and fast-paced environment can take a moment to implement and adjust to, but that also makes it exciting!

Pros

I love the diversity in career trajectory opportunities offered at SoFi. Taking accountability for career growth and the ability to adapt to rapid change are pivotal skills that I have utilized in my time working so far and believe are fundamental for success here. The diverse and innovative mindset, that the company has adapted as a whole, is beautifully aligned with the culture at SoFi overall.

Cons

There is always room for improvement, especially if a company has a mindset of "what else can we do to make us better than we already are". An individual who is not accustomed to adapting to change, may not be as successful as other counterparts working at SoFi.
