They act as if there's all this upward mobility but regardless of how well you perform your job, how well you do in the interviews, they just promote the people they like. High Visibility Projects: From supporting bank charter initiatives to driving risk transformation programs, I’ve had the opportunity to work on initiatives with enterprise impact. Collaborative Teams: Cross-functional collaboration between Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations is a hallmark of how work gets done—especially in Independent Risk Management. Leadership Access: Even as a program manager, I had regular interaction with senior leaders. Growth Opportunities: Internal mobility is taken seriously—I’m proof that you can evolve your role to match your interests and strengths. Execution-Focused: SoFi encourages bias toward action and operational excellence in a way that rewards clarity, ownership, and follow-through.
