      Here are the cons: - Woke HR department, strange meetings, sometimes offensive - Still not letting people return to the office in full; instead doing a small trial return program

      - enjoy my direct team - great comp & benefits - can grow your scope / work on stretch projects

      - not sure if a matrix organization still makes sense for us in the long-term - favoritism - unclear decision makers - Executives can be childish / immature

      No One Will Tell Us What Is Happening After Covid

      Fully paid premiums on all insurance Lunch card Quarterly bounses/yearly merit increases

      Cons

      Ops management never seems to know what is going on. A large portion of the Ops team would like to stay remote and keep asking if that is possible but it falls on deaf ears. This makes planning ones life incredibly difficult since no one knows if they have to stay near the office or not.
