      Pros

      Great, hardworking coworkers. I lot of knowledge is gained by working within the small startup of SoFi Money.

      Cons

      The managers aren’t really present unless they need to reprimand the team. They don’t really listen to ideas coming from the team. Communication is a major pain point for the company. It seems all positions outside of tech within the company are grossly underpaid and expected to take on double and triple the workload without question.

      I really enjoy this company. They truly care about their employees,Benefits are amazing and paid for 100% by the company. Free snacks and drinks.
