Pros

Good benefits, no dress code, free snacks

Cons

Mediocre pay schedules for all operations employees are terrible, nights and weekends and odd 10 hour shifts Work life balance is awful, they force you to work nights and weekends and make it a chore to take time off

At SoFi, we value our employees more than our bottom line and we strive to be flexible to the extent possible. If you are comfortable doing so, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or your HRBP to talk through your specific feedback so you can help us make SoFi a place where you want to come to work everyday.

Pros

Benefits are ok decent, made better because they are free. The lunch card is a great thing and very appreciated.

Cons

Shift bids dont take life into consideration, you can do well at your job and still randomly end up with a schedule that doesn't work for your life because you have kids or are in school. You'll be told too bad about it too . lack of support from management cor advancement. Severe lack of communication, and constant changes. They are big on promoting a culture that doesn't exist in the lower jobs. Senior management promotes the company values and culture, most employees can't name one, or they are so vague and generic that it's hard to picture what the culture is.

Thank you for your review. We understand your concerns and appreciate you bringing them up. As you know, SoFi is an evolving business with a lot of growth. In order to best serve the needs of our members we need to make sure our business is aligned with our customer’s expectations. Employees are scheduled for one on ones at a minimum once a week. Often times, we are able to accommodate more one on one time via side-saddling and career development. Your development is extremely important to us (#takecareofothers) and if you ever have concerns please make sure to let your management team know. Additionally, please reach out to your HR business partner if you would like to continue this feedback.
