Pros

SoFi as a company compensates above average.

Cons

No leadership accountability: No mechanisms to report poor leadership exist beyond your direct manager, despite skip level having significant impact on the organization. The simple truth is that jobs are made by your manager, they own our success despite what we deliver. And SoFi has some truly awful leaders, because there is no mechanism for accountability, and it costs us talent. They convince their boss they are doing enough, and that's it, no feedback is sought or considered beyond that scope.

What is it like to work at sofi

Pros

Flexible work arrangement. As long as you get the work done, you can ask for remote working setting.

Cons

Your performance really depends on the manager. The manager I worked with loves to take all my credits and not really give me much opportunity to work on high visibility work. Very frustrating.

Benefits Co-Workers Diversity groups and the free snacks

Cons

Managers, Executives- Being treated like a number. Place is a joke and will lead you no where in your career.
