That said, we are disappointed to hear the work environment didn't meet your expectations, and that your interactions with leadership have been less than stellar. We have started to roll out training for leaders at Galileo and SoFi that give them the tools to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, plus helps them build their personal leadership brand. Our goal is to give all managers the tools they need to support and inspire their teams to do the best work of their lives.
