On the other hand, we do not understand what you are referring to when you say that you were never informed of your situation in the performance evaluations. Finally, we are aware that during mergers, company cultures collide and change. Thank you for sharing your past experience with Technisys! We are sad to know that it was not what you expected. We want to tell you that currently in Argentina we do quarterly reviews of our salary bands to be in line with the market and inflation. Lastly, today we promote a culture of balance between work and personal life, therefore, when there is a work overload, ypu can talk to the Manager and the PBP to solve it.
